WeatherHawk Signature Series - professional grade weather stations for serious weather observation, ideal for schools and colleges.

The WeatherHawk Signature Series of weather stations is a solar powered system* providing accurate measurements for wind speed, wind direction, air temperature, relative humidity,  solar radiation, barometric pressure and rainfall.

The system is simple to install and comes in either RS-232 or wireless versions (other comms are available including short haul modem and  network/internet options- see accessories page). The system can be mounted to either a tripod or a wall (optional extras - see accessories page). The integral datalogger is pre-programmed for simplicity of use and includes an instruction for reporting ETo readings. Software is available for graphical viewing of the measured data (see accessories page).

• Windspeed: Rotating 3 cup anemometer type reporting wind speed in range 0-94 ms (0-182 knots)
• Wind Direction:  Vane sensor reporting  0-360° with a 1° resolution.
• Atmospheric Pressure: 150-1150 mbar (accuracy <±3 mbar)
• Air Temperature:  -40° to +66° C (accuracy ±0.84°C)
• Relative Humidity: 0-100% (accuracy ±3% range 10-90%, ±5% range 90-100%)
• Solar Radiation:  0-2000  W/m²  (accuracy ±2.5%)
• Rainfall:  Tipping bucket sensor 1.016mm (0.4") resolution and a 0-76.2mm/Hr  (0-3") Maxrate.

*Integral rechargeable battery included, solar panel is an extra, also available is a high capacity external battery.
