Villagers get early warning of floods thanks to a new Campbell Scientific system which monitors rainfall via a CR200X dataloggers which automatically sends SMS text alert messages should rainfall exceed certain pre-set levels based on 2, 6, 12 and 24 hours. Reported in the Cotswold Journal

New gas analysers announced - Campbell Scientific are pleased to announce towo new sensors for carbon flux studies - the EC150 Open Path Gas Analyser and the EC155 Closed Gas Analyser sold as part of a complete closed path system called the CPEC200.

CSAT3 recalibration - We can now undertake recalibration of the CSAT3 from the UK office. As this means we no longer need to return the sensor back to the States prices have fallen significantly - contact sales@campbellsci.co.uk for more details and prices.
