The Canadian Wildfire Conference is designed to bring together the stakeholders of wildfire suppression, including ground and air operations, suppliers, and communities through government agencies. The two-day show features a full educational program with presentations from sector leaders, a trade show with dozens of top technologies and services suppliers, and a static display of land vehicles and aircraft.
In addition to its educational programs, the Canadian Wildfire Conference provides a unique platform connecting leaders from different sectors of wildfire suppression, allowing pilots and air operators to network with firefighters and fire chiefs. This platform also attracts government agencies, which help to oversee operations, and suppliers, which help to provide innovation. The Canadian Wildfire Conference allows different perspectives to be shared over two days to help push wildfire suppression forward, including educational topics like, but not limited to, interoperability, investment and procurement, labour, attack strategies, government policies, regulations, and the newest products and services impacting the sector.
