My CR1000 Datalogger seems unable to load the file control menu, I can't even seen my program file and unable to send and retrieve remotely. The Datalogger also keep turning to default.cr1 and i can't change it with the new program.

If you can access the Status table, look for other symptoms like watchdog errors.
A slow connection can make it difficult to load File Control, but would not make the CR1000 revert to default.cr1.
It sounds like something is making your datalogger repeatedly restart. Check the power supply first.
If all else fails, use the SendOS tab in Device Configuration Utility to resend the datalogger OS. That clears out any existing program or setting that might have been causing an issue.
