Generic GPRS Module

Hi everyone!

I want to use a GT863-Y gprs Telit's module in a cr1000 datalogger. This module its connected at serial port, i used COM1. I need to send configuration across COM1, and then send data to FTP server using this modem. The idea is send data to COM1 and across this port send data to module, and module send data to FTP.

Hoy can i do this?
